How many pages does a credit cover?
Rough guide: about 4 credits per page, so 100 Free trial credits cover roughly 25 pages. In our production test with sample documents, a 4-document, 13-page batch used about ⚡16 to analyze and ⚡38 to compare, ⚡54 in all. A credit is a unit of processing usage, not a fixed page allowance, so dense line items use more. Check the estimate in the app before each paid action; final credits follow actual usage and can be higher or lower.
What does Free include?
100 one-time trial credits per account, valid for 30 days after claim, and 100 MB of workspace storage. Create a workspace, then open Billing to claim the trial. Credits do not reset each month, and usage depends on your documents.
What counts toward storage?
Original uploads and generated page previews share the workspace allowance. Storage is the amount kept at one time, not a monthly upload allowance. GB and MB use decimal units. Credit packs add processing credits; they do not increase storage. When a paid storage allowance ends, existing files are kept and new uploads pause if the workspace is over its allowance.
When do subscription credits expire?
Credits are granted every month and stay available until the end of the period you paid for. Monthly plans: end of your billing month. Annual plans: end of your billing year. Unused credits add up within that period. Pack credits never expire.

The credits that expire soonest.
Can I cancel?
Cancel renewal in workspace Billing to stop the next renewal. Monthly credit grants and storage remain available through the period you already paid for.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
Automatic upgrades, downgrades and billing-period changes are not supported yet. You can cancel renewal in workspace Billing; your paid-period credits and storage are preserved.
Can I get a refund for a credit pack?
Contact support about refund requests; processing credit returns are separate from cash refunds. Charges for steps that fail on our side are returned, along with unused reserved credits. Successfully completed steps remain charged. Cancelling also settles work already started.
